Project Brief

“Family Fertility CryoBank” is an avant-garde platform for storing and maintenance of cryo-preserved reproductive tissues for persons across the world including Southwest of the US, the UK, Australia, China, and Europe. The client is passionate and strives to offer the best patient care with state-of-the-art technology and top-notch security measures in place to ensure the safety of the customers’ reproductive futures. The storage locations are in San Diego and Orange County and are licensed by the state of California, CLIA, and registered with FDA.

The advanced website offers services like transferring reproductive materials to FFCB, Embryo, ovarian tissue, and egg (oocyte) storage, semen, and testicular tissue storage, and required testing remaining committed to the highest standards of patient care and reproductive health services.

Challenges

• To build a convenient website that matched the client's vision of presenting all the reproductive health services in one place.
• To design various sections for services, pricing, patient paperwork, providers, and resources and include relevant information in each section to make the website user-friendly.
• To create separate pages for every service like transferring reproductive materials to FFCB, Embryo, ovarian tissue, and egg (oocyte) storage, semen, and testicular tissue storage and required testing under the services section to provide information to interested customers.
• To create a simple form for the users interested in contacting for more information where they could enter their details, including subject, name, email, contact, city, and country for easy communication.
• Designing a simple form for “Providers” to connect with the client for getting more information about the service packages.
• Including relevant pdf form links in the “Patient Paperwork” section for the users to make the paperwork smooth.
• Designing an interesting section for “Resources” to include information about other fertility resources, FAQs, and more.
• Including an option to translate the website into three languages- English, Spanish and Chinese.

• Devised sections for services, pricing, patient paperwork, providers, and resources and include relevant information in each section to make the website user-friendly.
• Designed separate web pages for every service like transferring reproductive materials to FFCB, Embryo, ovarian tissue, and egg (oocyte) storage, semen, and testicular tissue storage, and required testing under the “Services” section to make traversing smooth for interested customers.
• An easy form is designed for the users interested in contacting for more information where they have to enter their details, including subject, name, email, contact, city, and country for easy interaction.
• Included appropriate pdf form links in the “Patient Paperwork” section for the users to make the paperwork manageable and effortless.
• Created a simplistic form for “Providers” to contact the client for more information about the service packages.
• Planned an engaging section for “Resources” to include information about other fertility resources, FAQs, and more.
• Appended a choice to translate the website into three languages- English, Spanish and Chinese.
• A payment button is built at the top to make the bill payments hassle-free.
